💀 SEMI EXCLUSIVE PRODUCTS

 

Semi exclusive DeadPool items sold via Second Life MarketPlace are restricted to a set number of copies to be sold. All semi-exclusive templates are therefore limited edition items and, as follows, a limited amount of designers will have access to them for resale inworld.

Packages will always include the mesh object (including all sizes if applicable) and related program files.

By purchasing Semi Exclusive DeadPool products you agree to and are bound by the following user agreement:

Strictly for Second Life Grid.

☣ Single user/avatar use only. Transfer of any included files or model objects, full or partial, to third party user/avatar/account with full permissions enabled is disallowed by the terms of the user agreement.

Third party users/avatars/accounts are required to purchase additional licenses.

 

☣ Claiming creative ownership of any included files or model objects, full or partial is disallowed by the terms of the user agreement.

 

☣ Reselling and/or giving away any included files or model objects, full or partial, with full permissions is disallowed by the terms of the user agreement.

 

☣ Resale of DeadPool semi-exclusive products as builder's kit packages is disallowed by the terms of the user agreement.

 

☣ Listing semi-exclisive DeadPool products, full or partial, as freebies/dollarbies/gifts/group gifts/event gifts/midnight mania/lucky chair/hunts items/etc, is disallowed by the terms of this user agreement.
You may sell your creations as gatcha items only if the item complies with the terms of the user agreement.

☣ Copying or useing product advertisement images and/or display images without written permission from DeadPool Designs is disallowed by the terms of the user agreement.

☣ DeadPool designs will always adhere to any and all terms set by developers regarding products compatible with developer kits.

☣You must obtain developer kits in order to use the products that are compatible with them as well as be in compliance with any and all terms set by coodinating developers.

 

 

 

💀 CUSTOM PRODUCTS

Custom products sold directly to client are made to order. All custom products are 100% exclusive, sold only to one buyer and, as follows, will be available to the buyer only for resale inworld.

💀 ADDITIONAL TERMS & INFORMATION

☣ Knowledge of 3D or photo editing programs is suggested in order to properly use DeadPool products.

 

☣Shane Benbrook/xJETx Chrome/DeadPool Designs retains any and all rights to images pertaining to custom orders for use in personal portfolios and/or personal webpages. DeadPool Designs will include or exclude store name/links based on customer privacy preferance.
